Minister of Public Works and Settlement Mustafa Demir Conducts Inspections in Develi District

Minister of Public Works and Settlement Mustafa Demir, visiting Kayseri, carried out a series of inspections in the Develi district. During his visit, Minister Demir first visited the Develi District Governor’s Office, then the Mayor, and later received information on ongoing operations at Saray Halı and Saray Farm.

Governor’s Office and Municipality Visits

Minister Demir began his visit by meeting with District Governor Enver Ünlü, who provided detailed information about Develi.

He then visited Develi Mayor Recep Özkan, receiving updates on municipal projects and initiatives. Mayor Özkan requested support from the ministry for the advanced biological wastewater treatment plant project. Minister Demir confirmed that the ministry would provide the necessary support.

Minister Demir noted that he was pleased with the ongoing projects in Develi and observed that the district is more developed than expected.

Visit to Saray Halı and Saray Farm

Minister Demir then visited the Saray Halı facilities, where he had lunch and conducted inspections of both the factory and the farm sections.

Fevzi Topal, General Manager of Saray Agriculture and Livestock Enterprises, provided detailed information about the farm, particularly regarding dairy cattle operations, milk yield, and production activities.

Minister Demir toured a large portion of the farm, expressing his admiration for the facilities. At the end of his visit, he also toured the factory guesthouse.
